Processing Time
In-stock inventory generally ships the next business day. Holiday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

We ship via UPS, with various delivery options to meet your needs. Contact your account executive, email or call.

Backordered Items

If an item is backorded the entire order will usually be sent partially complete. You will not be billed for backordered items until they ship.

International Orders

Canada residence can contact X. Otherwise we only ship serums internationally via USPS.

Returns and Replacements

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, let us know right away, and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange. The ProCell Vibraderm is guaranteed for life. Other SKUs may be returned for a refund in sellable condition within 30 days from receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and nominal processing fees).

To return an item, contact your account executive at ProCell Therapies. If you are unsure of your ProCell Representatives name, email or call ProCell Therapies and a query will be done to determine if the item you are concerned about falls into the Return Material Authorization category. If it does, a Return Material Authorization Number will be issued. Once the RMA# is issued the return should be sent back to ProCell Therapies within 5 business days.

Please Note

We are unable to accept returns without the required ProCell issued RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number.

To comply with regulations, whenever we have a request for return it must be recorded and logged in the ProCell quality control system. A return is defined as anything that is broken or defective, or a fulfillment issue.

All broken or defective goods should be returned to ProCell (or designated facility) for investigation. Federal guidelines require that all Returned goods must be issued an RMA number.
